Timeline of Thinking

How the work evolved

The frameworks and systems did not arrive all at once. This is the chronology - the milestones, releases, and turning points that shaped the body of work.

  1. site

    mohitrane.com goes live

Launched the public home for the EagleSON FutureBuilder ecosystem - frameworks, systems, writing, and the Architecture Atlas, built on a dark-first Astro architecture.

  2. milestone

    Architecture Atlas v1

Published the interactive knowledge graph connecting domains, frameworks, and systems - the visual spine of the intellectual moat.

  3. framework

    Context Intelligence Framework published

Released the first full framework: treating organizational context as governed infrastructure rather than disposable conversation.

  4. system

    CII enters pilot

Context Intelligence Infrastructure moved from research to its first pilot deployment, capturing decision rationale as durable, queryable context.

  5. essay

    Letters from a Founding Architect

Started the newsletter - long-form thinking on architecture, AI, systems, and governance, delivered to architects, founders, and CTOs.

  6. framework

    Security Governance Framework drafted

Published the working draft of governance as a first-class system property: accountability, provenance, and control designed in from the start.

  7. system

    IRIS concept opened

Began design of IRIS - an interface for making machine reasoning legible and accountable to the humans responsible for the outcome.

  8. milestone

    EagleSON FutureBuilder named

Unified the body of work under a single ecosystem and mission: capture, preserve, and amplify human judgment at enterprise scale.
